Zoycen Plastic Vacuum Forming Products
We have delivered over 2,000 custom vacuum-formed parts to clients in more than 20 countries, with a repeat order rate above 80%.

Server racks and telecom cabinets need a UL94 V-0 rating. We form PC or ABS into single-piece shells with built-in vents and mounting lugs, cutting assembly time and labor cost for your production lines.

Our acrylic pieces reach 92% light transmission with a smooth, glass-like finish. We handle edge polishing and custom silk print in-house. Jewelry and cosmetic brands use these for retail displays.

Gravel, road salt, and mud wear out wheel well components over time. Our ABS and PC liners are formed directly from your 3D files. They fit tightly on installation.

Commercial freezers run down to – 40°C, and many plastics turn brittle at that temperature. Our food-safe ABS remains flexible, with its smooth, non-porous surface wiping clean fast.

Most lamp covers turn yellow after long sun exposure. We mix UV stabilizers into PC or acrylic raw material, and light transmission stays above 90% for years and complies with UL1598.

Fitness machines take a heavy impact every day. Thin-wall ABS and PC shells keep equipment weight low while holding strong against knocks. Treadmills and multi-function gym gear use these housings.

Machines vibrate nonstop during operation, and operators need a clear view of work zones. Our ribbed PC guards stay firm without heavy metal add-ons, quick mount design fits CNC and robotic lines.

We make flame-retardant casings from PC and ABS alloy that meet UL94 V-0 and FAR 25.853. Thin-wall design keeps weight low, and consumer and industrial drone makers use them.

Outdoor AC units face hot, cold, and damp weather all year. Our UV-stabilized PC and ABS won’t warp or fade. We can match any custom brand color with steady quality across bulk batches.

Waste sorting bins get dropped and knocked around every day. One-piece thick ABS with reinforced bottom ribs holds up outdoors, with custom color options for city waste programs.

Stage lights stay hot through long performance hours. PC and acrylic keep a steady shape with built-in heat channels. We offer UL94 V-0 and 5VA grade shells for all export orders.

We use vacuum forming to make these wheelchair casings from PC and ABS. Add extra thickness to high-stress spots so they hold heavy loads. Smooth surfaces clean up fast.

Plywood and steel formwork wear out fast on long jobs. Our vacuum-formed plastic panels barely absorb moisture, work for over 100 uses, and need no release agent on site.

Warehouse trays take constant forklift bumps and drops without cracking. They stack neatly to save storage space and cut shipping weight.

We build custom plastic housings for sensors and control boxes. We form snap fits, mounting bosses, and cooling vents into one piece and send functional samples out in 5 days.

Airlines and hospitals run trays through industrial dishwashers daily. Our FDA-approved ABS and PC have non-porous antibacterial surfaces, with no damage even after thousands of washing cycles.

Machine operators need clear, scratch-resistant safety panels. We make them from optical PC and acrylic and add a hard coating that keeps light transmission above 90% in the long term.

Vacuum forming tooling costs less and takes less time to make, so you get parts faster and with lower upfront investment. Injection molding requires more expensive tooling and longer lead times, but the per-part price drops at high volumes. Send us your drawing and quantity. We will take a look and tell you which process fits your numbers.
For straightforward plastic parts like flat enclosures and trays, you can expect shipment in 2 to 3 weeks after design approval. Structural parts with lots of curved surfaces, angles, or corners take longer to tool, so the lead time is longer.
We don’t set a strict minimum order quantity. Our business clients have very different needs, so we handle everything from small prototypes to mid-sized production and full large-scale orders. We offer better pricing for larger orders.
During production, we monitor wall thickness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. We also keep a reference sample from your approved batch and compare every new batch against it before shipping.
Our vacuum forming machines can produce parts up to 5000 mm × 2500 mm × 1000 mm. Most industrial enclosures, equipment housings, and vehicle panels fall within this size range.
We ship regularly to North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. You can choose air and sea freight. Final shipping costs depend on part size, total weight, and your delivery location. We handle all export paperwork and customs clearance and arrange delivery straight to your facility or warehouse. If we haven’t shipped to your country before, we’ll look into all local requirements and confirm additional fees before we send anything out.
We design packaging around each part’s shape and surface requirements. Clear PC or acrylic parts get protective film and foam lining to stop scratches. Thin-wall formed parts sit in custom-fitted trays to keep them from shifting or warping in transit. For high-value plastic parts, we do drop tests before shipment to make sure the packaging holds up through the journey.
What Is Vacuum Forming?
Vacuum forming is a thermoforming process. The heated plastic sheet is placed over the mold, and vacuum pressure pulls the material against the mold surface. The sheet takes the shape of the mold, forming the three-dimensional part. After cooling, the part is removed and trimmed into a shell, tray, or panel.
What Industries Use Vacuum Forming?
Aerospace
Aerospace brands use vacuum forming for interior panels, overhead bins, seat backs, and window frames. The process keeps part weight low while delivering consistent results even for large production runs.
Automotive
For automotive applications, the process makes wheel covers, door panels, and battery enclosures. Tooling costs much less than injection molding tooling, so it works well for mid-range production volumes.
Medical
Medical equipment makers rely on vacuum forming for device enclosures, wheelchair parts, dental trays, and radiation masks. The smooth, easy-to-clean surface finish fits the strict cleanliness rules of medical settings.
Construction
The construction sector uses vacuum forming to make PVC door panels, concrete molds, ceiling panels, roof lights, and drain pipes. Injection molding simply cannot accommodate parts of this large scale.
Agriculture
Farming and agriculture operations use this process for seed trays, planting pots, animal feed containers, and greenhouse covers. Switching out molds to match different crops or livestock needs is quick and straightforward.
Pharmaceuticals
The pharmaceutical industry uses vacuum forming for blister packaging. These packs seal tightly and make tampering easy to spot at a glance.
Retail & Food Service
Retail and food service businesses also use vacuum-formed plastic parts for packaging, food trays, display stands, and signage. The plastic surface holds paint and printed graphics really well, which works great for brand labeling.
