Thanks to the addition of UV stabilizers, this product is less likely to yellow or age when exposed to sunlight outdoors.

Benefits of Acrylic Sheets

waterproof
Waterproof

They can be used as a window to prevent water from seeping in from the outside, providing better protection for your products.

Heat-resistant
Heat-resistant

Maintains good hardness at temperatures below 80°C (176°F) and is suitable for outdoor use.

Sturdier

Its surface is more scratch-resistant than PC, making it more durable.

Lighter
Lighter

The lower density makes acrylic sheets easier to transport and reduces processing and installation costs.

Precise Dimensions

We usually control the thickness tolerance of acrylic sheets to within 5%, but for some special orders, the maximum tolerance may reach 10%. Their uniform thickness gives your windows or signs a more attractive appearance and improves their decorative effect.

We offer custom precision processing including laser cutting and CNC machining to meet your unique dimensional specifications, with direct shipping available. A dimensional tolerance of 0.5 to 1.0 mm makes it easier to install the acrylic sheets on your equipment or display cases, reducing the need for secondary processing and minimizing material waste.

High Light Transmission and Resistance to Yellowing

High Light Transmission and Resistance to Yellowing

Our plexiglass sheets are made from high-purity materials and offer a light transmittance of up to 92%, easily meeting your display requirements. They can also serve as transparent protective materials, preventing moisture and dust from entering your products or equipment while making it easier to view the interior.

High-transparency acrylic sheets not only maintain clarity similar to glass but are also resistant to yellowing. Under normal use, these sheets will show no noticeable signs of yellowing even after 10 years of exposure to outdoor sunlight.

Good Processing Performance

For batch processing and production, our perspex sheets can effectively improve processing efficiency. After laser cutting and thermoforming, they perform consistently without any noticeable decline in performance or scorching. Even after CNC engraving or drilling, they are not likely to crack or whiten along the cut edges.

The sheets support a wide range of processing techniques, including milling, thermoforming, and bonding. They are fully compatible with mainstream processing equipment such as Glowforge and Mira, making them ideal for high-volume, fast-cycle production runs.

Advertising Industry
Advertising Industry

Our signage and advertising acrylic boards come in a wide range of colors and offer high light transmittance, making them ideal for use in the production of advertising light boxes and POP display structures. They support optimal lighting effects and are suitable for custom processing.

Construction Industry
Construction Industry

Construction acrylic sheets are used in the construction of interior partitions, skylights, and greenhouses because they are easier to install and offer greater impact resistance. Their excellent weather resistance ensures that these structures maintain an attractive appearance over the long term without the need for frequent replacement.

Industrial Equipment
Industrial Equipment

Because industrial acrylic sheets can prevent external substances from entering and can be easily processed into complex shapes, they are widely used for equipment viewing windows and protective enclosures.

Commercial and Sales Display
Commercial and Sales Display

For display cases or showcases, the high transparency of our display and retail acrylic sheets allows your customers to clearly see product details through the exterior structure. They are also lightweight and easy to process, making them ideal for rapid mass production.

Specialized Acrylic Sheet Processing Technology

Zoycen has 15 years of experience in CNC and laser cutting of acrylic sheets. Our production line features multiple CO₂ laser cutters, UV laser cutters, and CNC machines dedicated to acrylic cutting, enabling us to fulfill your high-precision acrylic processing orders quickly.

Our refined cutting technology ensures acrylic sheets with no visible scratches or residual stress defects that compromise quality. The surface roughness of the cut edges is less than Ra 0.8 μm, achieving a self-polished finish that eliminates the need for secondary polishing after you receive your order.

Scratch-resistant Packaging

To ensure that your plexiglass sheets remain free of scratches, we cover the surface of each sheet with PE film before shipping. This film prevents wear and scratches caused by friction.

When shipping multiple acrylic sheets, we also pack them with cushioning material to prevent them from colliding with one another. Corner guards provide enhanced protection for large and thick acrylic sheets, particularly at the edges and corners. Even after long-distance transport, the acrylic sheets you receive will be in good condition.

Is There a Difference Between Polycarbonate Sheets and Acrylic (PMMA) Sheets?

Although both are transparent plastic sheets, acrylic delivers superior light transmittance at a lower cost. They are commonly used for signs and windows, providing a more aesthetically pleasing visual effect.

Polycarbonate sheets are more impact-resistant and less prone to cracking. They are less likely to crack when drilled, and are often chosen as the material for bullet-resistant panels and automotive windshields.

What Is the Difference Between Cast and Extruded Acrylic Sheets?

Cast acrylic sheets are more expensive because they are manufactured by pouring raw resin into precision glass molds. However, this production method also makes them more stable at high temperatures and gives them greater corrosion resistance. You can choose this type of acrylic sheet to create large structures for holding lotions.

Extruded acrylic sheets are produced by pressing heated raw material into flat sheets. They are better suited for processes such as thermoforming and bonding, and offer superior light transmission and thickness uniformity. Extruded acrylic sheets perform exceptionally well in applications that require high transparency, such as windows.

How Is the Corrosion Resistance of Acrylic Sheets?

Acrylic sheets are highly resistant to common chemicals. Even if their surfaces come into contact with adhesives, water, beverages, or other substances, they will not be corroded or experience a noticeable decline in performance.

However, it is important to note that acrylic sheets may react with ammonia, alcohol, and certain strong cleaning agents. You should avoid exposing acrylic sheets to these substances. To remove stains from the surface, you can use a specialized acrylic cleaner.

Can Acrylic Sheets Be Used to Filter UV Light?

Of course. If you want to use acrylic sheets to filter UV light, UV-filtering acrylic sheets would be a better choice for you. They absorb up to 98% of UV radiation with wavelengths below 400 nanometers, effectively protecting the contents inside.

How to Achieve Clean and Precise Cuts When Processing Acrylic Sheets?

Laser cutting usually produces smoother edges on your acrylic sheets, reducing the need for secondary processing. If the acrylic sheet is relatively thick, using a table saw with a fine-toothed blade can produce a cleaner, straighter cut. For curved cuts, a jigsaw is more suitable.

You can also cover the cutting line with painter’s tape when cutting acrylic sheets to help prevent cracking. Using foam material to reduce vibration will result in smoother edges on your finished acrylic sheets. Additionally, you should set the machine to cut at a stable speed to prevent chipping. If you don’t have the right equipment, you can contact us directly to purchase high-precision, pre-cut acrylic sheets.
