Wear-resistant PC gears with self-lubricating material. You don’t need to oil them, and they run quieter than metal gears. Teeth are held to tight tolerances for smooth engagement. Even after long runs, they keep their precision and don’t develop play or noise. Fits automation and light-duty drives.

Our Optical-grade PMMA prisms with over 92% light transmission, clearer than PC, and accurate on the optical path. Zoycen holds tight angular tolerances, and surfaces are polished clean with no defects. For imaging systems, sensors, and fiber optics.

Zoycen’s ABS power tool housings are tough enough to survive drops and handle vibration without loosening. The grip feels solid, with textured or painted finishes available. We hold tight tolerances on battery slots and switch openings for easy assembly.
Why Choose Zoycen Injection Molding Plastics?

Why You Can Trust Zoycen Plastic Injection Molding Service?
Zoycen molds 15 to 20 plastic sample parts and ships them to you. You can check dimensions, clip positions, surface finish, and color consistency. If you need drop tests or impact tests, we can test those on samples. We start production after you approve, and we inspect for sink marks, weld lines, flash, and white streaks before shipping.
We have our own mold shop. The molds for PC and acrylic parts use imported S136 steel. If you want parts with a high-gloss effect, use NAK80 steel. Our injection molding machine is maintained weekly, so they don’t break down mid-run and delay your order. We use robotic arms for plastic injection molding automation, so that the production speed is stable and the quality of the parts can be consistent. Zoycen maintains all the equipment well, and the size of the customized plastic parts made is very accurate.
If you want stronger, brighter, or heat-resistant plastic parts, we can help you choose the right materials. We will review your design and suggest improving the wall thickness and rib position. Zoycen does more than just plastic injection molding. After molding, we also do painting, screen printing, laser engraving, ultrasonic welding, assembly, and packaging. You don’t have to coordinate several suppliers. We will give you the finished product directly, and you can use it when you pick it up.

We make functional parts and housings for medical devices, automotive interiors, electronics, and optics. PC, ABS, and acrylic are our main materials. We can customize the shape, size, color, and surface finish to match your requirements.
Zoycen does not have a fixed minimum order quantity because our corporate clients have different needs, and we can handle small-batch prototyping, medium-scale production, and large-scale orders. We offer better pricing for larger orders. Send us your drawing and quantity, and we’ll quote you accordingly.
We check raw material certificates before production, and inspect plastic parts’ dimensions and surface quality during production. We also keep a reference sample from your approved batch and compare every new batch against it before shipping.
Yes, we accept STEP, IGES, STL, and PDF formats. Our engineers will review your design before the mold manufacturing starts, point out possible problems, and provide DFM feedback.
Yes. Our customers are located in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. You can choose transport by air or by sea. We handle export documents, customs clearance procedures, and provide door-to-door delivery services. If your country is a region where we have not delivered, we will check the relevant requirements and confirm any additional costs before we ship.
We design packaging based on part shape and surface needs. Clear PC or acrylic parts get protective film or foam inserts to prevent scratches. Thin-wall parts are secured in custom trays so they don’t shift or deform. For high-value plastic parts, we run drop tests before shipping to make sure the packaging holds up.
What’s Plastic Injection Molding?
Injection molding is a process that produces parts by injecting melted plastic into a mold. The material fills the cavity, cools, and hardens into the shape of the parts. Then the mold opens, and the part is ejected.
This injection molding process can efficiently mass-produce injection molded plastic parts of the same size, with high precision, and a smooth surface. Complex shapes, thin-walled structures, internal threads, and internal cavities can also be molded at one time. The process is low-cost and suited for large-scale production of a variety of plastics and engineering-grade materials.
If you need impact resistance and dimensional stability, PC is a good choice. And acrylic can offer you optical clarity and surface finish. If you are seeking flame-retardant housing, we can use ABS material, which has a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating. Tell us your component’s required functions, and we will suggest suitable materials for you.
What Industries Use Plastic Injection Molding?
Automotive, electronics, medical, consumer goods, and optical industries are all using plastic injection molding. From impact-resistant automotive plastic injection molding parts, flame-retardant electronic shells, to LED lenses, this process can produce durability, accuracy, and surface quality that meet the requirements of the industry.
Common Plastic Materials for Injection Molding
For injection molding, there are hundreds of plastic materials to choose from, and each has different properties. But here are some of the most common ones that we see for molded parts.
Polypropylene is strong and inexpensive, chemical resistant, and relatively low density. We use it for medical components and plastic automotive components. Polycarbonate is extremely impact-resistant. It’s a great choice in medical, aerospace, and is often used for electronic housings, optical lenses, and indoor and outdoor lighting.
Another really popular material in injection molding is ABS, because it does offer high heat resistance, strength, and durability properties. And we carry several grades that meet the needs for medical and automotive applications that you are looking for.
When it comes to nylon, there are a lot of materials to select from. Generally, it is pretty strong, and it has a really high temperature resistance. It’s electrically conductive and shielding, so it really works well for electrical and automotive applications like cameras, gears, and bearings as well.
Polyetheretherketone, also known as PEEK, is a powerhouse thermoplastic often used in the medical industry. It’s biocompatible, lightweight, sterilizable, and often used both in surgical fixation and in medical device components.
