Solid Polycarbonate Sheet Manufacturer
Our solid polycarbonate sheets are manufactured from 100% virgin polycarbonate resin. These robust, transparent, lightweight thermoplastic sheets are widely applied for machine safety guards and architectural skylights.
With 15 years of manufacturing experience, Zoycen runs a 5,000-square-meter factory with multiple thermoforming production lines, allowing us to accommodate large-volume orders. We export to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and other global markets.
Whether you’re using it for safety protection or transparent building components, we can customize UV coatings, specifications, colors, light transmittance, etc., to truly meet your needs.
Zoycen Solid Polycarbonate Sheet for Sale

Dual-sided co-extruded UV barrier layer prevents yellowing and brittleness under long-term outdoor sunlight exposure.

This type of sheet material maintains its lightweight properties while improving the scratch resistance of standard solid polycarbonate sheets.

The anti-fog coating treatment ensures the solid polycarbonate sheet maintains clarity even in rainy or foggy conditions.

Micro-embossing, sandblasted textures, or matte coatings reduce glaring reflections so that solid polycarbonate sheets are easily visible under any lighting conditions.

The light-diffusing matte surface allows light to pass through while providing privacy.

It is available in a variety of colors and is commonly used in applications such as glazed roofing.

With the addition of flame retardants, it meets the UL94 V-0 fire safety standard and can rapidly self-extinguish.

It rapidly dissipates static charges to avoid electrostatic damage to sensitive electronic components.
Why Choose Zoycen Solid Polycarbonate Sheet

About 50% lighter than glass of the same thickness, thus reducing transportation costs and simplifying installation.

Our solid PC sheets offer a light transmission rate of 88%–90%, delivering excellent natural lighting.

Solid polycarbonate sheets provide better noise reduction when used for highway noise barriers and factory equipment protective guards.

Its low thermal conductivity helps slow heat transfer between the interior and exterior when used in skylights.

Self-extinguishing material with optional UL94 V-2 flame retardant grade for improved fire safety.

Supports cutting, drilling, and cold bending, as well as vacuum forming and CNC engraving.

Supports customization of anti-UV coatings, anti-fog properties, material grades, and CNC machining processes.

The extrusion process employed ensures consistent sheet thickness and stable properties.
High Impact Resistance
Our solid polycarbonate sheets offer up to 250 times higher impact resistance than ordinary glass; they do not shatter easily upon sudden impact and reduce the risk of breaking into sharp fragments, thereby offering safety when used as building materials or equipment protective covers. Their high toughness enables them to resist cracking under extreme weather conditions.

UV and Weather Resistant
Treated with a UV coating, our solid polycarbonate sheets block up to 99% of UV radiation, allowing them to withstand prolonged outdoor sun exposure without easily yellowing, becoming brittle, or suffering reduced light transmission; when used for skylights and windows, they also protect interior furnishings from sun-induced aging. These sheets are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C and offer dimensional stability in cold and high-temperature environments.

Uses for Solid Polycarbonate Sheets

Our PC solid sheets are suitable for machine guards on CNC machine tools and automated machinery; they ensure safety during processing while offering high transparency, allowing you to observe the machining process clearly.

For roofing, skylights, and curtain walls requiring high light transmission, our solid polycarbonate sheets offer excellent transparency, while also withstanding the impact of wind, rain, and other weather conditions.

You can use our solid polycarbonate sheet for subway windows and partitions. It is lightweight, has impact resistance and all-weather applicability, and is suitable for use in highway noise barriers and station partitions.

Solid polycarbonate sheets with an anti-drip coating are suitable for partitions and awnings in small greenhouses; they allow water droplets to slide off into drainage channels, thereby preventing root rot in crops.
The price you pay for solid polycarbonate sheets depends on their thickness; thicker sheets are more expensive but also offer greater impact resistance. Costs will also increase if you require custom colors or special coatings, such as double-sided UV protection.
Zoycen will tailor the most cost-effective solid polycarbonate sheets to meet your needs.
Our solid polycarbonate sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 20 mm, but you can also customize thicker sheets.
Sheets less than 3 mm thick are suitable for picture frames, lampshades and other interior decorations. If you install commercial roofs or skylights, 6mm or thicker sheets are recommended; 10 mm+ sheets deliver obvious noise reduction for outdoor environments.
Sheets over 12 mm are used for highway sound barriers and heavy-duty machine guards; ice rink protection generally uses 15–20 mm solid sheets.
You’d better pick the dry glazing system and use aluminum glazing beads with EPDM gaskets. This method delivers great sealing and accommodates thermal expansion and contraction of solid polycarbonate sheets well.
When installing solid polycarbonate sheets, you need to allow for thermal expansion clearance. If you are fastening with screws, drill holes 4-6 mm wider than the screw shank and do not over-tighten screws. Also, ensure the UV-coated side faces sunlight, and extend each sheet 20–30 mm into the glazing groove.
Although our solid polycarbonate sheets are tough and shatter-resistant, they are prone to scratching; therefore, you should clean them using a mild liquid detergent, warm water, and a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid dry wiping, using paper towels, steel wool, etc., and do not wash in direct sunlight.
Our standard MOQ for solid polycarbonate sheets is generally 100 sheets, but the MOQ may vary depending on sheet dimensions, thickness and other factors. We can provide samples for your review before you place a bulk order.
Our standard solid polycarbonate sheets can be shipped within 3-5 business days if they are in stock. If you need to customize colors and sizes, the production cycle is about 7-15 days. Larger orders will require 15-20 days for scheduling and production. Please inform us of your requirements and the delivery destination, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
We use multiple layers of protective packaging, such as PE protective film, kraft paper, or pearl cotton, as well as wooden crates and corner protectors, to prevent the solid polycarbonate sheets from being scratched or damaged during transportation.
