Our Quality Control Process
We inspect incoming materials and components before production begins. We check the material type, thickness, size, color, surface condition, and quantity. Only qualified materials enter production.
Our team checks the products during production. We monitor dimensions, cutting accuracy, bending angles, forming shapes, holes, machining details, and surface quality.
Finished products go through a final inspection after production is complete. We check the product against approved drawings, samples, specifications, and customer requirements. We also inspect appearance, dimensions, assembly, printing, and more.
We check the order quantity, product condition, packaging, labels, and shipping details before the products leave our factory to make sure the correct products are packed and prepared for delivery.
