Waterproof & Drainage System
Our polycarbonate awning adopts an integrated hidden drainage trough structure with a slight outward inclination of 3°-5°. Rainwater naturally flows down the slope to the U-shaped polycarbonate awning with a gutter at the front end of the canopy, and then flows into the hollow channel and is discharged to the ground along the inside of the hollow bracket. This solves the problem of rain splashing everywhere. Our flexible PC panels cushion falling objects and cut noise, improving the texture of your project and making the environment quieter.
UV Protection & Structural Durability System
It effectively avoids common long-term defects, including PC yellowing, deformation, light loss, cracking, water leakage, and bracket rust. We use coextrusion equipment to generate a coextruded UV-protection layer on the polycarbonate panel, which forms a high-density UV barrier layer on the surface with a protection level of 50 microns.
Long-term outdoor exposure will not turn yellow, maintaining the high light transmittance of your project. At the same time, the bracket is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, with powder sprayed on the outside to improve corrosion resistance and weather resistance. Long-Lasting Weatherproof Sealing System

Automotive-grade high-density EPDM sealing strips are now used, and special anti-aging agents and carbon black strengthening agents are deliberately added.
