Polycarbonate Gate Sheet Manufacturer
Zoycen’s polycarbonate gate sheet is made by the high-strength extrusion process. It is engineered to replace traditional glass, reducing the shattering risk while enhancing the structural impact resistance. Our polycarbonate gate sheets are widely used in applications such as protective doors for industrial equipment, isolation enclosures for automated production lines, safety barriers in warehouses, and machine viewing windows, making them ideal for industrial environments with high safety and durability requirements.
Zoycen’s polycarbonate gate sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 30 mm. They undergo UV anti-aging treatment and support a variety of surface finishes, including anti-glare, frosted, and embossed options. We also offer thermoforming, precision milling, seamless bonding, and both cold and hot bending based on your exact engineering drawings.Contact us today for a one-stop solution!
Types of Polycarbonate Gate Sheet We Supply

High light transmittance with excellent visibility. Suitable for most general industrial applications.

We offer polycarbonate gate sheets in colors such as blue, yellow, green, etc. Typically used for functional zoning and safety warnings.

High-strength structure. Offers excellent impact resistance. Some models provide protection comparable to bulletproof standards.

Multi-layer structural design with good light transmission. Provides superior thermal and sound insulation.

The corrugated design enhances structural strength while offering unique visual depth and decorative appeal.
Features of Polycarbonate Gate Sheet

Our polycarbonate gate sheets are easy to cut, drill, and shape. They offer flexible processing options and high installation efficiency. Suitable for rapid on-site construction and a wide range of custom engineering needs.

The sheet surface has been treated with the anti-glare coating. It effectively reduces light reflection and provides high visual clarity. Suitable for operating environments that require good visibility.

Features a 50-micrometer UV-protective layer on both sides. Over a 10-year outdoor service life, the yellowing rate is less than 10%.

The material used in our PC gate panels has excellent flame-retardant properties. Greatly meets the industrial safety and building code requirements.
Functional Design of Surface Treatment Processes
Our polycarbonate gate sheets support flexible combinations of various surface treatment processes, allowing for functional designs tailored to your specific applications.
Different surface treatments like anti-glare or anti-slip treatment can effectively enhance the slip resistance and clarity of polycarbonate gate sheets, reducing operational risks in industrial environments. In terms of durability, UV-resistant coatings and wear-resistant treatments can significantly extend their service life; in terms of the appearance, frosted or embossed finishes can enhance the overall texture and visual distinctiveness of the gate sheets. Tell us the surface finish you require, and we will implement targeted performance optimizations.

Why Choose Our Polycarbonate Sheet for Gate?

Zoycen was founded in 2021, equipped with advanced automated co-extrusion production lines. We are certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, CE certification, and have passed SGS testing, our products are consistently distributed to many countries and regions worldwide.
In terms of quality control, our polycarbonate door panels undergo 10 inspection steps, with end-to-end monitoring from raw materials to end products, ensuring that every sheet meets the industrial-grade standards. If you need, we can also provide you PC gate sheet accessories, and offer you delivery services.

Our Successful Project Examples
A European engineering contractor, while designing high-end villa garden gates, urgently needed sheets that would protect privacy without blocking natural light. They ultimately chose us over local suppliers because of our exceptional ability to customize surface finishes. We precisely customized 8mm frosted solid polycarbonate sheets for them, featuring the high-quality UV-resistant coating, providing long-lasting protection against yellowing caused by outdoor exposure.
To replace heavy glass as the material for anti-riot doors, a North American door distributor required polycarbonate gate sheets with extremely high strength. We supplied them high-strength, transparent solid sheets in large quantities, which demonstrated exceptional impact resistance and withstood extreme physical damage. Rigorous quality control procedures ensured a high degree of consistency in product quality across every batch throughout the project’s 6-month delivery period.
A major Australian building materials wholesaler used to face inconsistent quality and high costs because they sourced sheets and accessories from different manufacturers. We resolved these issues by providing them one-stop solution. We supplied a comprehensive sheet line, ranging from 2mm to 12mm in thickness and available in various colors, all packed into a single container. We also offer them all necessary accessories, such as neutral silicone sealant for installation, and deliver the shipment directly to their overseas warehouse.
The price of polycarbonate gate sheets mainly depends on their thickness, structure, surface treatment process, and customization requirements. The thicker the sheet and the more functional it is, the higher the price will be. We will provide you the quote based on specific specifications of your project.
The usual thickness range in industrial use is 2mm-12mm. If you are looking for the polycarbonate sheet to use as a protective or isolating sheet, then thinner gauges will work.
For cases where impact resistance is important like equipment doors, sheets thicker than 5 mm are usually chosen. We can also offer 30 mm thickness if you require even greater protection.
Yes. Polycarbonate is 250 times more impact resistant compared to float glass and has better qualities for industrial safety purposes.
First, you should install them perpendicular to the direction of the grain. Also, you have to use a neutral silicone sealant in order not to have any chemical corrosion on the material’s surface. The other factor that needs to be considered is thermal expansion and contraction near screw holes. When drilling, the hole should be 2–3 millimeters larger than the screw shaft to prevent the sheet from warping or cracking.
