Types of Mirror Sheets We Can Offer
Zoycen can provide industry-standard sizes such as 48 in x 96 in, 48 in x 120 in, and 60 in x 96 in. The thickness of the materials can also be chosen from 3mm to 6mm.
The smaller-sized polycarbonate mirror sheets come in sizes of 48 in x 48 in, 24 in x 96 in, and 24 in x 48 in. You can also choose thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 6mm.
Colored polycarbonate mirror sheets in four stock colors with limited size options. There are mainly only four colors: red, yellow, blue, and green.
Heat Resistance and Thermoforming Capability
Our polycarbonate mirror sheets deliver reliable heat resistance and remain intact without cracking under applicable temperature ranges. This material is suitable for thermoforming processing and can be shaped into bends or custom-made forms to meet diverse design requirements.

The temperature range of our polycarbonate mirror sheets is from -40℃ to 120℃. Even if you use it in an outdoor environment at -20℃, your product can still operate normally.

The impact resistance of PC is 30-50 times that of acrylic materials, and its heat resistance is also superior to that of acrylic. Our polycarbonate mirror sheets can withstand neutral cleaning agents, making cleaning during production more convenient. In contrast, acrylic materials are prone to minor cracks when exposed to alcohol or regular cleaning agents.
Yes. We can assure you that if the performance of our finished product is different from that of the sample provided to you, you can return the finished product for rework. Moreover, we will not charge any additional rework fees.

We offer flexible order placement options. If you purchase standard-sized polycarbonate mirror sheets, the minimum order quantity is relatively low, usually 100 pieces.
However, if you require customized colors and specifications, the minimum order quantity will be higher. Our sales representatives will provide you with the accurate order quantity based on the color and performance specifications you have selected.
If it is a quality issue with our finished products, we can offer you a 5-year limited warranty. For the regular transparent polycarbonate mirror sheets, you can store them in the warehouse for 36 months.
For the special models, they can usually be stored for 24 months. Sun exposure, high temperature and damp conditions are strictly prohibited. Moreover, keep the protective masking ON during cutting and fabrication, and peel it off only after final installation.
You should choose a flat and hard back panel, such as high-density board, aluminum-plastic board, thick solid wood board, etc. Remember to leave some gaps during installation to prevent thermal expansion. We recommend using foam double-sided adhesive or dot-type glue for fixation in sections, rather than applying full glue all over the surface.
