Your Leading Polycarbonate Windows Manufacturer in China
As a large-scale factory spanning 5,000 square meters, we are fully equipped with CNC machining facilities to produce polycarbonate sheets. Whether it’s precision cutting or drilling, just provide your CAD drawings, and we can mass-produce the corresponding polycarbonate windows according to your project requirements.
Zoycen polycarbonate windows are all ASTM-certified and require little maintenance. Also, you don’t need to worry about your polycarbonate windows yellowing; we use a double-sided UV coating that effectively addresses this concern.
If you are looking for a suitable polycarbonate window manufacturer with ample stock, feel free to contact us for more details about polycarbonate windows.
Polycarbonate Boat WindowsCustom thicknesses and shapes, these windows feature a double-sided UV-resistant coating. Our polycarbonate sheets are lightweight; using lighter sheets for upper-deck windows and heavier ones for lower-deck windows enhances the vessel’s stability.
Polycarbonate Window Well CoversAvailable in clear or frosted finishes. These covers come standard with a UV-resistant coating and offer an optional anti-slip surface texture. They can be cut according to your drawings and pre-drilled for easy installation.
Polycarbonate Shed WindowsTypically made of frosted or embossed material to conceal stored items and protect privacy. Generally, a single-sided UV-resistant coating process is used, and the side with the coating will be clearly marked on the protective film. Custom fabrication services are available.
Polycarbonate Windows for GreenhouseThe panels feature double-sided UV-resistant and anti-drip coatings, ensuring a longer service life. We provide one-stop customization solutions and offer layout optimization recommendations for large-scale greenhouse projects to minimize material waste.
Polycarbonate Basement WindowsWaterproof and moisture-proof, making them ideal for basements. For some light transmission, transparent panels are generally chosen. Single-sided or double-sided UV-resistant coatings can be selected, and a safer rounded corner design is adopted.
Consistently High-Quality Coatings of Polycarbonate Windows
We utilize double-sided UV coating technology to block ultraviolet rays effectively; this coating prevents the degradation of the polycarbonate polymer caused by UV exposure, ensuring the windows remain virtually free from yellowing. They require no special daily maintenance and offer a service life of 15 to 20 years. For added scratch resistance, we also offer hard-coat options.

Polycarbonate Windows Are Lightweight and Cost-Saving
Zoycen polycarbonate windows weigh only half as much as glass, making them ideal for race cars and various types of vessels. Their lightweight nature significantly reduces transportation and installation costs: they can be easily installed without cranes, cutting on-site labor expenses by 25%. In addition, our polycarbonate windows can be cut using conventional woodworking tools, making them easy to process; even minor dimensional deviations can be easily addressed, thus avoiding delays caused by rework.
How We Craft Polycarbonate Windows That Stand Out

As an ISO-certified professional PC sheet manufacturer, we offer a wide range of CNC machining services, including cutting, drilling, and edge finishing. You receive ready-to-install window panels rather than raw, unprocessed sheets, saving you time on secondary processing and eliminating material waste.
Developing a Processing Plan
Our professional engineers evaluate your CAD drawings to determine the optimal processing methods for your polycarbonate windows. We then formulate a detailed plan covering aspects such as sheet thickness selection, assessment of whether cutout locations might cause cracking, and the specific allocation of CNC milling and drilling operations.
CNC Cutting
Our facility is equipped with precision CNC machinery capable of achieving a tolerance of ±0.5mm. After we program the determined processing parameters, the CNC equipment automatically executes the milling. We use single-flute carbide cutters combined with coolant to prevent overheating, which could otherwise cause the material to turn white.
Drilling/Slotting
We machine mounting holes, drainage holes, or hinge cutouts into the polycarbonate windows. Using drill bits specifically designed for plastics ensures smooth hole walls and precise dimensions.
Edge Processing
Following cutting and drilling, we perform edge grinding or polishing according to your specifications.
PC Sheet Printing
We also offer printing services for PC sheets if required. Whether on the front or back, we utilize techniques such as mirror-finish color processing and high-quality screen printing to apply your brand logo, decorative patterns, or other designs to specific locations on the sheet. Simply send us your artwork.
Dedicated Quality Inspection
Our factory employs dedicated quality control engineers who rigorously inspect every processed PC sheet for dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality, ensuring that every unit meets our high standards.
Secure Packaging
Each PC sheet is wrapped in PE film and then in bubble wrap for impact protection. Sheets are stacked on pallets; each pallet is wrapped in waterproof stretch film and secured with strapping in a cross-pattern to ensure stability and prevent shifting during transport.

There is no absolute “best” option; the right choice depends on your specific needs. If you prioritize impact resistance, ease of installation, and low maintenance (less frequent cleaning), polycarbonate windows are a great choice. However, if you demand exceptional clarity and light transmission, glass windows are recommended.
Polycarbonate windows are unsuitable for everyday passenger cars but ideal for race cars. While they offer high impact resistance, they lack scratch resistance; in daily driving, small road stones or coarse dust particles can easily scratch the surface, impairing visibility—sometimes to the point where seeing clearly becomes difficult. However, their use is common in racing because polycarbonate is significantly lighter than glass, offering substantial weight reduction for the race car. Furthermore, these windows generally do not shatter during rollovers, thereby greatly enhancing safety.
Polycarbonate windows are generally not among the options considered for standard residential windows. However, if you live in a typhoon-prone area or by the coast—where window shatter resistance and durability are key concerns—we would strongly recommend choosing polycarbonate windows.
